Duties and Responsibilities
To supply provider excellence via environment friendly customer service, point of sale (POS) operational things to do and merchandising in shop that leads to a high quality consumer experience.

Job description
Job Objectives:

To successfully execute all operational things to do at the point of sale in a well timed and efficient manner.
To preserve excessive degrees of accuracy when scanning merchandise and gathering price for items purchased, inclusive of actioning clubcard rewards.
To make sure the protected dealing with of money at all times.


To proactively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and to join new clubcard participants in order to gain the clubcard participation targets.
To make clients conscious of promotions in order to positively have an effect on income and to make certain clients “feel suitable and pay less”.
To supply best consumer provider by using performing as a company ambassador, being seen and supplying a pleasant and expert service.


To successfully execute and hold all merchandising and accepted housekeeping responsibilities in accordance to shop and visual merchandise standards.
To help the Group’s imaginative and prescient to be the customer’s first desire fitness and splendor retailer through dwelling and riding the organisation values.
To keep up to date know-how on products, ranges, promotions and occasions in order to grant the right facts to clients at all times.

Basic maths calculations
Retail/FMCG background and perception of merchandising and promotions principles.

Minimum requirements
Experience:
Desirable: experience in a client dealing with function within a retail/FMCG shop operations environment.(Not compulsory)

Education:
Grade 12( Compulsory)
Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level( Not Compulsory)
